Return
/ Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority
and we want you to be completely satisfied with
your purchase. We have set specific guidelines
to ensure a quick and hassle-free return and
exchange process. We have a fully staffed team
of experts who can walk you step by step through
this process.
Is
the item you received not what you expected? Did it
not fit as well as you hoped in your space or match
your décor? Whatever the reason, you wont
be stuck with an item you cannot use or that you do
not want. (Note: If your item was damaged or defective,
see our Damage section below). You may return your
purchase for any reason within 30 days of receipt
for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price
excluding our shipping costs. All our
products are offered with free shipping, so please
be aware that if you return a product, our actual
outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your
return refund.
Please
keep in mind that once an order has shipped,
it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order,
it will then fall under our standard return
policy, where roundtrip shipping costs will
be deducted from your refund.
You
may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt.
To return an item:
- Please
email CustomerService@QualityVanities.com
and include your original order number, what
product(s) you are returning, and your name.
Or call us at (800)-894-9806. We will give
you an RGA number and a return address.
- Wrap
the package carefully. All returned products
must be in original condition and packaging;
otherwise, no credit wil be issued.
- Return
the product using your preferred shipping
method to the address you are provided. This
may be our main office or to a distribution
center.
- Save
your return tracking number, and if possible,
email it to us so that we can track the return.
It is important that you save the tracking
number and that you insure the return package
in case there are any issues during transit.

Note: unless the return or exchange is due
to an error on our part, we cannot refund
shipping and handling charges. We will issue
a credit to the credit card used for the original
purchase.
Cancellation
Policy
You may cancel your order, for any reason, and
receive a full refund provided your order has
not been shipped by either ourselves or the
manufacturer. Typically, most orders are shipped
the same day they are received. Our customer
service representatives can inform you of the
status of your order and advise you whether
or not the order can be cancelled for a full
refund. Once an item is shipped by either us
or the manufacturer the terms of our Returns
policy will take effect.
Wrong
Products Received
If you are shipped a different product than
you ordered, please contact us via email or
800-894-9806 within 24 hours of receiving the
product. We will provide an RGA number and instructions
on how and where to ship them back. You will
be charged for the replacement order and credited
in full upon receipt and inspection of
the original order. Or, you may choose to wait
until we receive the incorrect item and issue
credit before placing the new order.

Defective/Damaged
Products
If the product you receive has manufacturing
defects or damaged, call 1-800-894-9806
within 24 hours of receiving the product and
QualityVanities.com will replace the item with
no cost to you. We will issue an RGA and give
instructions to ship back. Products returned
as defective which are found not to be defective
are subject to a 25% handling charge. If the
item is a non-returnable item, no credit will
be issued for the return of the product. The
customer will be responsible for shipping charges
going back to the customer.
